With 70 + years in watch repair experience, we perform all aspects of watch repair and maintenance such as major repairs, routine services, replacing batteries, watch parts, straps/bracelets and other specialized watch repair operations with utmost care. [more] As authorised dealers for the brands, we have access to watch parts and watch servicing departments, making it easy for us to provide you with the best care for your watch. All watches purchased from us or our brands comes with an aftersales service you can rely on and we repair/service any watch brand that is not bought from us with the same respect and care.

Repair Department Policies and Procedures To provide a quality service, our service and repair time frame is about 10 days on average. We do not examine each and every part of the watch/clock at the initial estimation. During the course of the repair, if we find any additional damaged part, it will be replaced and the extra charges will be added to your bill. If the customer prefers to be notified prior to any additional repairs, he/she will have an opportunity to state not to go above the estimated cost at the initial repair handover. Article given for repair needs to be removed by the customer within 3 months. We are not responsible for any damaged or loss of article given for repairs if the article is not removed within 3 months from the removal date stated in your receipt. After 6 months, we will consider the article same as non redeemable and use it to recover our damages. Unless stated at hand over, all repairs comes with six/twelve month guarantee. Customer needs to retain the receipt for future inquiries. Nothing will be accepted for any adjustment without the original receipt. We have qualified and well trained watch technicians. In order to keep our technicians up to date with the latest watch technologies, we periodically receive training from our principles.
