You will be notified via an email that the order was received. We will start processing as soon as the bank confirms the payment transfer. It may take a few days for processing depending on the card processing security clearance.
Your order could be cancelled due to unavailability of the item , wrong product being advertised or wrong price being advertised. We will notify you via email if that happens.

Delivery to your door and we may request the ID and credit card to confirm at your identity.
W. A. De Silva & Co is able to ship order in the timeframe specified, provided security checks for credit card processing goes smoothly.
The delivery timeframe presented in the site do not apply to orders which require additional security checks. If a security check is required, we will need you to provide additional information. Delivery will not occur until this information is received.
W. A. De Silva & Co is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries. We require the purchased person to be present at the location for a guaranteed deliver confirmation in certain cases. There will be a charge if item gets returned through fault of the customer data entry/ ( incorrect address and other information ) . W. A. De Silva & Co reserve the right to recharge the customer for shipping if multiple delivery attempts has to be done and the product will be reserved in the Havelock Road Colombo 6 for local pickup if delivery attempt fails.
